摘要
增压直喷汽油发动机汽缸盖进气道轮廓度、位置度直接影响内燃机缸内充气量的大小和涡流的强弱,直接关系到混合气形成、燃烧、排放以及整机性能。综合考虑了模具热变形因素,通过优化模具设计中砂芯的定位方式,改善了气道砂芯的压紧点和优化砂芯的受力结构,提高了砂芯的定位精度,从而提高了缸盖气道的精度,使发动机性能进一步提高。
The figure and location of intake port directly affect the quantity of fresh air and the strength of swirl in cylinder head of turbocharged gasoline direct injection engine, which have relations with mixture gas forming, so affect the combustion, exhaust and total performance of the engine. The figure and location of intake port could be enhanced through optimizing the sand core location, modifying intake port core clamped points, promoting sand core pressure force status, considering and rationalizing the sand core location in mould after mould heated. All these improvement measures would raise sand core location precision to avoid sand core transmutation, and enhance performance of the engine.
