液态模锻轮毂用Al-Si合金中夹杂物研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用过滤法对Al-Si合金夹杂物进行了定量、定性的分析。采用IA-500型铝渣检测仪对Al-Si合金的过滤时间进行了检测,利用金相显微镜和扫面电镜观察金相和确定夹杂物组成,采用Image-Pro Plus软件分析了夹杂物的面积比例。结果表明:试验所用Al-Si合金在95 s内过滤出1 935 g合金液。黑色球状物主要是氧化夹杂,如Al2O3、SiO2、MgO等,灰色条状物是共晶硅。共晶硅占所分析面积比例为8.22%,夹杂物面积占所分析面积比例为0.8%。 The inclusions in Al-Si aluminum alloy was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by using filtration. The filtering time of Al-Si aluminum was tested by using IA-500 aluminum dross detector, the microstructure and inclusions composition was studied by using metallographic microscope and SEM, Image-Pro Plus was employed in this paper to analyze area ratio of inclusions. The results shows that 1935g alloy which used in the experiment was filtered out in 95 seconds. Black balls is mainly oxide, such as Al2O3, SiO2, MgO, gray strips is eutectic silicon. The area ratio ofeutectic silicon is 8.22%, the area ratio of oxide is 0.8%.
