摘要
运用大孔出流理论对货运机车制动盘的浇注系统和补缩系统进行了设计。薄壁散热筋朝下、盘面朝上,采用半封闭式浇注系统,环形横浇道流经扁平内浇道分散引入铁液,采取10/13发热冒口和冷铁联合进行补缩。为防止盘面黑斑的产生,采取将碳含量控制在3.3%~3.5%,浇注温度控制在1350~1370℃,包内铁液充分搅拌等措施,生产出的铸件各项数据均满足要求。
The gating and feeding systems of the brake discs of freight locomotive were designed on the basis of the large orifice discharge theory. In this design, thin wall radiating ribs face downwards and brake disc faces upwards, semi-hermetic gating system is adopted, and melted iron runs from ring runner system to fiat inner runner system so that it is drained into the cavity through several entrances and 10/13 exothermic risers and chillers are used in feeding. In order to avoid black spot on the discs, the carbon content is controlled between 3.3% and 3.5% and the pouring temperature is between 1 350 ℃ and 1 370 ℃ and the molten iron in pouring ladles is fully mixed. As a result, all data about casting meet the standards requirement.
