摘要
利用SEM、EDS和XRD对AM60合金中Al-Mn相的形态、分布和类型进行了观察和分析,并对Al-Mn相的生长过程进行了探讨。研究结果表明,AM60合金中的Al-Mn相为Al8Mn5相,主要分布在晶界处。由于Mn含量较少和分布的不均衡性,使得Mn元素相对匮乏区的Al8Mn5相形成颗粒状,相对富余的区域的Al8Mn5相生长成花瓣状。花瓣状的Al8Mn5相空间形态是从立方体形核核心从六面体八个顶角沿主对角线方向生长所长成的柱状晶,晶体生长的前沿保持小平面状。
The morphology, distribution and species of Al-Mn phase were observed and researched by SEM, EDS and XRD. The growth process of Al-Mn phase was discussed. The results show that the AI-Mn phase in AM60 magnesium is Al8Mn5 phase, and it mainly distributes in the grain boundary. Because the content of Mn is less and Its distribution is inequality, Al8Mn5 phase forms granular shape in the area of Mn relative lack and forms petals shape in the area of Mn relative surplus. The petals shape Al8Mn5 phase is the columnar crystal from eight apex angle along the main diagonal direction of cubic nuclear core, and the front of the crystal growth keeps small plane.
