斯钙素1与卵巢癌关系的进展研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的卵巢癌是死亡率最高的恶性妇科肿瘤,严重威胁着女性的生命健康,其发生与多种分子变化有关。斯钙素1是一种分泌性糖蛋白激素,广泛存在于人体各个组织中,越来越多的研究表明斯钙素1的表达与许多肿瘤相关。新的研究发现,斯钙素1可以通过改变细胞周期和抑制细胞凋亡来促进卵巢癌的生长,并且STC1的过度表达增加了卵巢癌细胞对卡铂的化疗抵抗性。因此,斯钙素1与卵巢癌有着密切的关系。综述斯钙素1在卵巢癌中的研究进展,可为阐明卵巢癌的发病机制提供依据。
