摘要
目的了解医务人员的职业倦怠现状及其与职业生命质量的关系,为提高其职业生命质量提供参考依据。方法采用职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)和职业生命质量量表(QWL7-32)对某市市级医院的1 737名医务人员(医生729例,护士1 008例)进行调查。结果随着年龄的增长和职称的晋升,医务人员的职业生命质量逐渐增强。职业生命质量与职业倦怠各维度(情绪衰竭、玩世不恭及成就感低落)呈负相关(P<0.01),不同程度职业倦怠之间的职业生命质量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。职业生命质量的影响因素中包括职业倦怠的3个维度:年龄、科室和职称,累计解释变异量为0.478。结论个体特征和职业特征影响职业倦怠的发生,进而对职业生命质量产生影响。随着职业倦怠程度的增加,职业生命质量下降。
Objective To assess the correlation of burnout with quality of work life in medical personnel, so as to provide evidence for improving the quality of work life. Methods A survey was carried out using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) and the quality of work life questionnaire (QWL7-32) in 1737 medical personnel (729 doctors and 1008 nurses. Results Quality of work life increased gradually as their age increase and title promotion. Quality of life and job burnout were negatively correlated with all dimensions such as exhaustion,cynicism,and decline of personal accomplishment (P〈0. 01); among different degrees of job burnout the quality of life was statistically significant (P〈0. 01). The influential factors of the quality of life included three dimensions of job burnout, i.e. age, department and job title; the cumulative explained va- riance was 0. 478. Conclusions The personality and occupational properties affect the incidence of burnout, and then influence the quality of occupational life. With the increasing degree of burnout, quality of occupa- tional life declines.
