Liaoning First Pioneers China’s Wage System

1948年11月,辽宁地区在全国率先解放,为了适应形势的发展变化,辽宁地区先后实行了供给制、以工薪分（或称为工资分）为计算单位的实物工资制、以货币为计算单位的工资制等薪俸制度.其中尤以工资制的建立和实行影响最为深远,辽宁是全国最早实行工资制的地方.

By the end of 1948,Liaoning won liberation.To cope with the changing situation,Liaoning introduced the supply system,and the primitive wage system.This makes Liaoning the first in China to pioneer the wage system- largely because other parts of China had not been liberated by the CPC then.China started to introduce the wage system related to positions one held nationwide in 1956.This system lasted until 1985 when China introdueed the structural wage system,a system which has been implemented even today.
