About 12 years ago,Xiao Han found his ancestors were famous for Manchu music.When he was told this,he was running His Hippie Bar in Shenyang.He was 25 years old then.In 1996,Xiao Han began to explore the logic of their music.For this purpose,he contacted the Manchu Culture Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.From then on he has a better understanding of the Shaman culture and Manchu music.Manchu music is full of elements related to deities.From the beginning of 2005.Xiao Han follows Manchu music expert Liu Guiteng in their effort to gather Manchu musical works which are on the brink of getting lost.
