关节镜下自体腘绳肌腱重建后交叉韧带临床体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下采用自体腘绳肌腱重建后交叉韧带的疗效及临床体会。方法对12例后交叉韧带3度损伤患者关节镜下采用自体腘绳肌腱重建后交叉韧带,用Lysholm膝关节评分法评价术前、术后膝关节功能。结果 12例患者均获得术后随访,术后Lysholm膝关节评分(82.7±5.4)明显大于术前(44.8±9.4)评分,差异有显著性(t=12.11,P<0.05)。结论关节镜下使用自体腘绳肌腱重建治疗后交叉韧带3度损伤患膝功能恢复良好,临床疗效可靠。
