肾癌的磁共振诊断

MR diagnosis in renal cell carcinoma

目的 探讨。肾癌的MRI表现和MRI对肾癌的诊断和临床分期价值。方法 对30例手术病理证实的肾癌患者（男19例，女11例，年龄29—75岁）MRI表现和病理结果 进行总结。结果 肾癌的MRI表现有信号改变（平扫及增强后）、占位征象、肿瘤的假包膜征象和转移征象（包括侵犯邻近组织器官，肾静脉和下腔静脉瘤栓形成，淋巴结转移并可有远隔转移）。手术病理：一期肾癌7例，MRI分期诊断正确5例，二期肾癌13例，MRI分期诊断正确10例，三期肾癌5例，MRI分期诊断全部正确，四期肾癌5例，MRI分期诊断正确4例。结论 MRI在肾癌的诊断和临床分期方面具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the value of MR findings and access on diagnosis staging preoperation of renal cell carcinoma （RCC）. Methods Thirty patients with RCC proved surgically and pathologically（There were 19 males,ll females, age from 29 - 75,their MR findings and operative - pathologically results were analyzed. Results MR findings of RCC were as follows ： abnormity of singal intensity（ plain and post contrast MR film） , position occupying sign, pseudo - capsule sign, metastases sign （including invading adjacent tissue, tumor thrombus in the inferior vena cava and renal veins, lymphnode involvement and distant metastases）, Staging preoperation of the RCC can be done by MR findings , In the staging study , stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 7,13,5 and 5 according to operation and pathology respectively , of which were correctely diagnosed in stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 5,10,5 and 4 according to MR findings. Conclusion MRI play an important role in the diagnosis and staging study of RCC.
