新形势下地方本科院校应用型人才的培养研究

随着经济的发展和社会的进步,各个行业对应用型人才的需求量也越来越多,地方本科院校是培养应用型人才的主要机构。因此,对应用型人才的概念和特点进行了详细的辨析,分析了现阶段本科人才培养中存在的主要问题,最后提出加强学生实践锻炼和提高学生解决实际问题能力的建议。

With the development of economy and the progress of the society there is an urgent need for practical talents whose cultivation mainly lies in local college .On the basis of a detailed conception and characteristics of practical talents this paper analyzes the main problems of undergraduate talents training at the present stage at the same time suggestions about how to strengthen students？practical ability and improve their ability to solve actual problem are given .
