摘要
对当前我国小型餐饮业的运营现状进行了分析,指出了小型餐饮企业在管理和服务水平、市场定位和规划、顾客忠诚度等方面存在的问题,并从国家政策、产品开发及营销、规划和管理等方面提出了建议,有助于小型餐饮企业在激烈的竞争中不断提高服务水平并持续发展。
On the base of analysis of operation situation of current small catering enterprise the existing problems of the small catering enterprises in the aspects of management and service market positioning and planning customer loyalty are discussed .The countermeasures from the aspects of national policy product development and marketing planning and management are proposed to help small and medium -sized catering enterprises improve service quality and keep sustainable development in the fierce competition .
