摘要
本文指出了目前车险理赔工作中存在的问题,分析了其中的内在原因,并给出解决问题应该从优化车险理赔队伍结构、实现车险理赔的高效运作、强化车险理赔的监督、建立以客户为中心的服务理念几方面入手的建议。
This paper discusses the problems existing in current motor vehicle claiming, analyzes their possible causes and puts forward some suggestions, i.e. optimizing the team structure of motor vehicle claiming, improving the efficiency of claiming, strengthening the supervision of claiming, and constructing a customer - fo- cused concept.
