摘要
建立火电厂引风机变频加静叶调节的工作性能曲线四维模型,对引风机在不同频率时的静叶调节模型进行数据分析、挖掘及寻优,搭建引风机失速的临界工况模型,为解决引风机失速问题提供理论依据。结合现场数据对不同工况下引风机工作点进行分析,提出引风机失速后再并列运行的运行调整措施,给出并列运行的操作指导,解决了引风机并列困难问题。
The performance curve of four-dimensional model axial fan variable frequency and variable vane was established in this paper. The model for axial fan stall was built on the basis of data analysis, data mining and data optimization at different frequency, which provide a theoretical basis for axial fan stall. According to the field data, adjustment measurement for parallel operation after axial fan stall was proposed. And the operation manual is defined for renewing parallel operation after axial fan stall, which solves the difficulty of parallel operation of axial fan.
