摘要
在注重教育公平和教育质量的时代背景下,职业教育统筹、职业教育均衡、职业教育一体化构成了中国职业教育公平治理的核心战略体系,进而成为了"中国语境"职业教育公平治理话语体系中的主流概念框架。鉴于当前我国职业教育公平治理话语体系所出现的概念理解狭义化、泛化描述、错位解读等乱象,以批判的视角系统诠释核心概念的内涵及分析框架,揭示概念框架之间的共性及其差异,进而提出未来职业教育公平治理话语体系的实践转向问题,这有助于解除因对治理语词内涵幅度应用违界而陷入的职业教育公平治理实践的人为预设性障碍。
With the background of focusing on educational equity and educational quality,the coordination,equalization,integration of vocational education have constituted the core strategy system of vocational education fair governance in China,and have become the mainstream conceptual framework fair governance discourse in'Chinese context'.Based on the narrow concept understanding,general description,dislocated interpretation of chaos in current'Chinese context'vocational education fair governance discourse,a critical perspective system is adopted to interpret the connotation of core concepts and analyze the framework,to reveal the consensus and differences between conceptual framework,and to propose the changing of discourse system of vocational education fair governance in future,which will help to relieve man-made preset obstacles of vocational education fair practice resulting from the illegal application of word connotation.
