心理资本、情绪劳动和离职倾向关系研究——以销售人员有关调查数据为依据 被引量:3

摘要 为研究销售人员的心理资本、情绪劳动和离职倾向之间的关系,通过问卷调查的方式对350名来自全国不同城市、不同行业的销售人员进行正式调查。对调查数据采用SPSS16.0进行相关关系分析和多元线性回归分析。结果表明,心理资本与情绪劳动、离职倾向之间存在相关关系,并且情绪劳动对于心理资本和离职倾向之间起部分中介作用。
