摘要
教师管理激励是学校教师管理工作的首要任务,然而,当前的教师管理激励中却存在不少问题,问题的原因之一就是学校管理者对教师人性缺乏了解。产生于20世纪60年代的"人性假设"理论正是从人性的角度出发,对教师管理激励问题的解决起到了"对症下药"的作用,其中沙因的"四种人性假设"理论最具代表性。为此,论文在探究"人性"理论运用的必要性与价值基础上,分析教师管理激励的现状,并提出目标导向、民主参与、制度保障与权变考量等改进教师管理激励的工作的措施。
There are many problems in the current teachers management incentive, the primary task of teachers management. Theproblems result from the school administrators" lack of the understanding of teachers" human nature. The theories of "human natureassumption" proposed in the 1960s have played an important role in "remedying the problems" from the perspective of human na-ture, among which Shain' s "four kinds of humanity hypothesis" is of the most representative feature. This paper intends to analyzethe status quo of teachers management incentive and put forward the countermeasures such as target orientation, democratic par-ticipation, system guarantee and contingency measures to improve teachers" incentive management based on the exploration of thenecessity and the value of applying the theory of "human nature".
