摘要
随着闽台高校联合培养人才项目的深入实施和开展,两岸高校之间在教学资源共享、师生情感交流以及科研和教学水平等方面都取得了一定的成效。目前福建省共有14所本科院校开办闽台高校联合培养人才项目,它们在学生工作模式上存在一定的差异,具体可分为集中管理、分教管理、集中和分教并存三手中模式。加强学生管理可采取完善制度建设,加强监督管理、提高防范意识,强化服务功能等措施。
Universities across the Taiwan Strait have made achievements in resources sharing, emotional communication betweenteachers and students, teaching and scientific research, with the further implementation of the Fujlan-Taiwan Joint Training Pro-gram in Universities. At present, the program has found 14 universities in Fujian province, with different patterns of students work.This paper aims to explore the better pattern for the development of the program after summarizing the existing differences.
