On Silk Road Economic Belt: Sino-East & Central European Cooperation

中东欧国家是"丝绸之路经济带"建设中的重要组成部分,加强中国—中东欧国家经济合作,对促进"丝绸之路经济带"建设具有重要的作用。本文分析了"丝绸之路经济带"建设中,欧盟、俄罗斯、中东欧国家内部以及中亚,对中国—中东欧经济合作在安全、能源、资金与技术、市场等方面产生的影响,提出在强调二者战略关联性的基础上,注重协调化、制度化、便利化和互补化建设。

The central and east European countries （CEEC） are the most important parts during the construction of the Silk Road economic belt. The strength of the sino-central and east European countries economic cooperation will enhance the Silk Road economic belt. The thesis put forward the strategic linkage between China and CEEC on the analysis of the four powers, including EU, Russian, CEEC and Central Asia, in the cooperation of China and CEEC during the Silk Road economic belt construction, and then gives the relevant main measurement during the cooperation.
