城市边缘社区医疗卫生服务治理

On Governance of Urban's Peripheral Community Medical Services

社会转型时期,由于城乡发展不平衡,位于城市边缘的新型社区在公共服务,尤其是医疗卫生服务方面,面临着组织、制度、手段和配套落后的困境。本文从我国现阶段社区管理的医疗卫生服务实际出发,尝试性地引入治理理念来完善现有模式。

During rapid urbanization period of social transformation, which is located in the new community of urban edge, has management limitations of nature and nurture in the process of public selwiee. Especially in the field of health service administration, facing the dilemma of outdated organization, system, method and facility. From the community management of medical and health services at the present stage in China, this paper use the governance concept tentatively to improve the existing model.
