摘要
分析我国研究型大学创新型人才培养模式改革的背景及动因,以因子分析的多元统计方法对创新环境得分较高的国内研究型大学创新型人才培养模式进行综合评价,并从科研经费投入、国际国内高校合作研究、科研实践、教师队伍建设、学术振兴五个方面提出研究型大学创新型人才培养改革创新与实践路径,以便为我国国际高水平研究型大学的建设和现代大学制度构建的早日实现提供有益的借鉴。
Research-oriented University is the inevitable result of China's economic development and social progress. They have played an important role in promoting economic development, cultivating innovative talents, and promoting the progress of science and technology. However, compared with the tremendously increased number of research and researchers, inadequate attention has been paid to the cultivation of innovative talents and in-depth studies. This paper has analyzed the setting and motivation for the reform of talent training modes in research-oriented universities. By using multivariate statistical method and factor analysis, this paper has comprehensively evaluated the talent training modes adopted by the research-oriented universities scoring highly in creating an innovative environment. In the aspects of research fund, international cooperation, research practice, teachers' construction, and promotion of science and technology, this paper provides a reference framework for the innovation of talent training modes with the intension of improving China's research-oriented universities to the international level and realizing the construction of modern university system.
