Study on the China Dream in Foreign Academia:Main Viewpoints,Prejudices and Enlightenments

党的十八大以后,习近平在参观"复兴之路"展览时对中国梦内涵的阐释,引发了国际社会对中国梦的热议。对是否存在中国梦、提出中国梦的背景和目的、中国梦的内涵、中国梦的价值和意义、中国梦与美国梦的关系等问题,国际社会一些长期关注中国的学者提出了许多独特的见解。其中有些观点带有明显的偏见,容易造成人们对中国梦的误解,有些观点则比较深刻、中肯,对我们向国际社会讲好中国梦这个故事具有重要启示。

Xi Jinping explained the connotation of the China dream during a visit to the ＂Road of Rejuvenation＂ exhibition after the 18th National Congress of the CPC and gave rise to a heated discussion on the China dream in the international community. Some foreign scholars who interested in China for long times put forward some unique insights, including the existence, background and purpose, connotation, value and significance, relations between that and the American dream, etc. Some of them have obvious prejudices and easily cause people to misunderstand the China dream, others are profound and pertinent and give us some important enlightenments to tell the ~tory of the China dream to the international community.
