针剌造纸毛毯结构与性能的研究

STRUCTURE AND PROPERTY OF NEEDLING FELT FOR PAPER MAKING INDUSTRY

本文对针刺造纸毛毯的结构与性能之间的关系进行了较系统的研究。根据造纸毛毯要求的性能,进行了拉伸断裂功、透水性、透气性、支持面率、表面摩擦系数、压缩弹性恢复率和蠕变变形率等试验,分析了针剌主要工艺参数对造纸毛毯结构和性能的影响规律,并运用方差分析方法得出了各工艺参数对各性能影响的情况。所得数值对造纸毛毯的设计与生产有一定帮助。

In this paper, the relationship between the structure and the property of needling felt for paper making industry has been researched. According to the properties of needling felt for paper making industry, the corresponding tests have been made. The properties are work of tensile fracture, water permeability, air permeability, leveling performance, friction coefficient on surface, recovery rate of compression elasticity, deformation rate of creep strain and so on. The effects of the main needling technological parameters on the structure and the property have been analysed by means of the method of variance analyses.
