《手机党报》突破了时空限制,作为党建工作的一种新途径、新举措,本着"拓展手机功能,发挥教育作用"的原则,符合时代特点,顺应青年需要,以严谨、方便、快捷、高效等特点,通过网络平台,利用飞信、微信等形式,宣传党的思想、路线、方针和政策,传递着富有教育性的社会热点和时事政治,解读党的理论和知识,使广大学生党员和入党积极分子以便利、快捷的方式接受党的教育,全面提升思想政治素质。

Mobile Party newspapers, as a new communication tool, has broren the limit of time and space. As a new way and means of Party construction, mobile Party newspapers,adhering to the principle of ＆quot;expanding cellphone functions and playing a role of education＆quot;,conforming to youth＆#39;s needs, with its rigid, convenient, fast and efficient characteristics, through forms such as network platform, Fetion, WeChat, and so on, publicize the Party＆#39;s ideologies, lines, policies and actions, spread abundant hot social topics and current politics, and interpret the Party＆#39;s theories and knowledge, in order to make student Party members and Party activists receive the education of the Party in a conve-nient and fast way, and comprehensively improve their ideological and political quality.
