Analysis on Anomie of Occupational Morality of Preschool Teacher

本文以涂尔干的"失范"概念为逻辑起点,深入分析了幼儿教师职业道德失范的涵义及其表现。在此基础上,本文试图从社会学、教育学、心理学角度探讨在校园过激事件中,造成幼儿教师职业道德失范的相关原因,进而提出幼儿教师职业道德重构的几点建议。

This paper analyzes the content and performance of anomie of occupational morality of preschool teacher, based on the concept＆quot;anomie＆quot;from Durkheim. On this basis, it discusses the reason of extreme events on kindergarten from the points of sociology, pedagogy and psychology, and then proposes some suggestions to reconstruct the occupational morality of preschool teacher.
