摘要
教师既是学员学习的引导者,又是学员学习的协作者,在教学活动的各环节教师应当结合学员的实际情况,采用有效的教学措施影响学员,精心设计教学流程,重视教学交互,尽力创设自主学习环境,增强学员学习的主动性,提高学员的自主学习能力。
Teachers can guide students and help them during their study at the same time. During various teaching procedures, based on the actual situation of students, teachers should take ef-fective teaching measures to influence the students, design vari-ous teaching procedures carefully, pay close attention to interac-tion with students and try to create an autonomous learning envi-ronment, so as to enhance the learning initiative of students and improve the self-learning ability of students.
