独立学院艺术设计专业实践教学体系产学结合人才培养模式的研究

Research on the Production-Study Combined Talent Cultivation Mode for Art and Design Practice Teaching System in Independent Colleges

本文结合前人对产学结合人才培养模式的理论研究,将独立学院与高职高专产学结合人才培养模式进行对比,分析区域经济对此模式的约束和社会市场发展的特点,深入挖掘独立学院艺术设计专业产学结合人才培养模式的目标定位,提出在培养满足社会岗位需求设计人才的同时,还应培养立足专业,突破区域经济局限,拓展市场并引导其发展的设计人才的观点,并通过对模式构建的出发点和专业型、创新型、复合型人才培养原则具体阐释了观点。

Combined with previous theoretical studies on produc-tion-study combined talent training mode, this paper compared the production-study combined talent cultivation mode of inde-pendent colleges with that of higher vocational colleges, analyzed the constraints of regional economy for the mode and the charac-teristics of social market development, deeply dug the objective orientation of the mode for art and design major in independent colleges, and proposed the view that, in addition to cultivating design talents suitable for occupational demands, we should also cultivate design talents who are based on the specialty,and are able to break through the constraints of regional economy,expand the market and guide its development. And through the starting point of the model construction and the principles of professional, innovative and interdisciplinary talent cultivation, this paper specified the writer＆#39;s opinions.
