体育教师教学寓教于乐的“四能”说

On the Four "Abilities" of P.E. Teachers to Implement Education in Amusements

本文所说的"寓教于乐"是指教师的教育过程能带给学生乐趣和益处,就是教育要通过艺术和美的形式来进行的一种教育方式。这就要求我们教师在掌握一定的教学与教育科学知识的同时,还要练就一定的教学技巧和能力,才能适应新形势下新课程的教学。本文就快乐体育教学时对体育教师的四种能力的要求进行了理论和实践的阐述,旨在与同仁共同提高现代体育教学的技艺。

＆quot;Education in amusements＆quot;in this article refers to an approach to achieving the aims of education in artificial and en-joyable ways, which can bring students pleasure and benefits during the process of teaching. This kind of teaching method re-quires certain teaching skills and qualities of teachers as well as basic theoretical knowledge of education. Only by meeting the demands of skills and abilities can teachers adapt to the new sit-uation of teaching in the new curriculum. This article, focusing on the four necessary abilities of P.E. teachers to implement the new teaching method, is making a detailed description about theories and practice of＆quot;happy physical education＆quot;, with the aim of im-proving the effectiveness of modern physical education together with all the colleagues.
