With the vigorous development of society, the demand of all walks of life for talents is growing. Under the new situation, the problems existing in the teaching management of higher vo-cational colleges are analyzed, and corresponding countermea-sures and suggestions are proposed based on the problems, in or-der to improve teachers＆#39; quality and greatly improve the level of teaching management in higher vocational colleges.
