关于高职高专学生学习自信心问题的研究

Research on Higher Vocational College Students' Self-confidence in Learning

自信心的高低将影响到学生各方面素质的发展。近年来,我国高等职业教育发展迅速,缺乏自信心的学生比重也呈上升趋势。从长远看,这一点无论对于学生个人还是高职院校的发展,都是相当不利的。结合实际,分析了高职学生自信心不足的原因,并提出了考虑采取的应对策略,以期能有效地改善这种现象。

Self-confidence will influence the development of stu-dents＆#39; quality from different aspects. In recent years, higher vo-cational education is developing rapidly in China, and the num-ber of students lacking self-confidence is also increasing. From a long-term perspective, it is a disservice to both students＆#39; individ-ual development and higher vocational colleges＆#39; development. Combined with practice, this paper analyzed the causes of stu-dents＆#39; insufficient self-confidence, and proposed corresponding strategies, hoping to effectively eliminate the phenomenon.
