In recent years, the occurrence of all types of university emergencies has a gradually increasing trend, which has a huge impact on the stability of the university campus. Whether we can properly manage these emergencies plays an important role in the campus stability and even in the harmonious society building. This paper will analyze the problems, explore the reasons, and propose the construction strategies.
