高校学生干部偏好的领导力开发模式研究

摘要 学生干部是高校的骨干群体,是保障各项学生工作运行的中坚力量。为推进高校学生干部领导力开发工作,研究学生干部偏好的领导力开发模式,是开展学生干部领导力培养的基础性工作。本文运用深度访谈的形式,研究北京Y大学学生干部领导力的开发现状,对领导力培养的认同、对领导力知识、技能的掌握和自身领导力开发的愿景等进行分析,并针对学生干部真实需求提出相应的领导力开发模式,以期有效提高高校学生干部的领导力水平。 Student cadres are the backbone group of a university, as well as the dominant force ensuring the operation of various student work. To promote the development of university student cadres' leadership, the research of the development model of uni-versity student cadres' preferential leadership is the fundamental work of developing the cultivation of university student cadres' leadership. Using the form of deep interview, this paper re-searched the development situation of student cadres' leadership in Beijing Y University, analyzed the recognition of leadership cultivation, the mastery of leadership knowledge and skills, and the prospects of leadership development, and proposed corre-sponding leadership development model in accordance with stu-dent cadres' real needs, hoping to effectively improve the leader-ship of university student cadres.
