摘要
学生干部在校期间是学生们的领头羊,那走出校园步入社会后情况又是如何的呢?本文将对温州科技职业学院2012届学生干部进行了就业质量跟踪调查分析,总结出学生干部在就业过程中表现出的优势所在,提出高校应加强学生的组织协调、沟通表达、创新创业、自我学习四方面的能力培养。
Student cadres are the bellwethers of students during college time, but how about their situations after entering the so-ciety?This paper made a tracking survey and analysis on the em-ployment quality of Grade 2012 student cadres from Wenzhou Vocational College of Science&Technology, summarized the ad-vantages of student cadres in job-hunting, and proposed that col-leges should enhance the cultivation of students' four abilities, including organization and coordination, communication and ex-pression, innovation and entrepreneurship, and self-learning.
