Analysis on the Strategic Environment of China's Cellphone Industry

摘要 随着我国经济的不断增长,信息技术的提高和互联网产业的渗透,手机行业再次成为人们关注的焦点。然而,行业内呈现的核心技术缺乏、品牌意识不强、营销观念陈旧、市场不规范、产业链各环节欠缺合作等诸多问题,使我国手机行业面临巨大的挑战。本文通过对手机行业外部和内部环境的全面分析,了解行业现状问题,明确未来的发展方向。 With the continuous growth of China's economy, the improvement of science and technology, as well as the infiltration of the Internet industry, the cellphone industry has attracted peo-ple's attention for another time. However, the industry lacks core technology, brand consciousness, new marketing ideas, standard-ized market, and the cooperation among different links of the in-dustry, which have bring great challenge to China's cellphone in-dustry. Through a comprehensive analysis on the external and in-ternal environment of China's cellphone industry, this paper at-tempts to know about the current situation and problems, in order to clarify the future development directions.
