摘要
在机械论范式中,课堂是一个封闭的实体,课堂教学是一种追求确定性和践行程序化的技术操作。对秩序和确定性的迷恋使课堂的有机性被肢解,生命活力丧失。为了改变这种状况,需要进行课堂的整体性变革,即建构生态课堂。生态课堂是遵循生态规律、蕴含生态理念、彰显生态精神和体现生态气质的课堂。注重内在联系、强调整体关联、倡导动态生成、推崇多元开放是生态课堂的核心价值理念。营造良好的课堂文化环境、树立正确的课堂评价观、创新课堂教学组织形式、提高教师课堂调控能力是推进生态课堂建设的重要举措。
In the mechanistic paradigm, the classroom is a closed entity, and the classroom teaching is a kind of technical operation that pursues the certainty and practices programming. Due to the obsession of order and certainty, the organic of classroom is dismembered and the vitality is lost. In order to change this situation, the classroom needs a holistic transformation, which means to construct ecological classroom. Ecological classroom is a kind of classroom that follows the ecological rules, implies the ecological concepts, highlights the ecological spirit and reflects the ecological qualities. Focusing on the internal relation, emphasizing on the overall relevance, advocating the dynamical generation and promoting diversity and opening are the core value concepts of ecological classroom. Creating the favorable cultural environment for the class, setting up the correct concept of classroom assessment, innovating the organizational forms of teaching, and improving the teachers" ability to control classroom are the important measures to promote the construction of ecological classroom.
