“U-G-S”教师教育模式实践探索--以“教师教育创新东北实验区”建设为例 被引量:111

A Practical Exploration of "U-G-S" Model in Teacher Education——Taking the Construction of "Northeast China Experimental Area for Teacher Education Innovation" for an Example

摘要 自2007年我国师范生公费教育政策实施以来,东北师范大学在为农村基础教育服务的办学思想基础上,创造性地提出并实施了"师范大学—地方政府—中小学校"("U-G-S")合作教师教育新模式。该模式在师范生培养、农村中小学教师培训、基础教育研究、教师教育者专业发展和基础教育信息平台建设等方面探索多维协同创新机制,取得了良好的教育效果和社会效益,不仅提高了师范生教育实践质量和农村教师培训水平,转变了教师教育者专业发展范式,也为深化我国教师教育改革、师范大学办学模式创新、建构新型教师教育文化提供了有益的实践参考。 In reply to the implementation of tuition-free policy for teacher education in China since 2007, Northeast Normal University has launched a new cooperative model of teacher education named as the "University- Government-School Model". The model aims at exploring a multi-dimensional collaborative mechanism in normal university student education, rural middle and elementary school teacher training, elementary education research, teacher educator development and the construction of elementary education information platform. By now the model results in favorable education effect and good social efficiency, which has not only improved the quality of teaching practice for teacher education and rural teacher training, transformed the paradigm of teacher educator development, but also offered beneficial reference for deepening teacher education reform, innovating the running mode of normal universities and constructing new teacher education culture.
