摘要
我国教师教育实践日益重视高等学校(U)、地方政府(G)、中小学(S)"三位一体"联合培养教师的教育模式改革。该模式包含G-U-S和U-G-S两种异构体,政府主导的G-U-S模式突出了教师教育的公共属性,高校主导的U-G-S模式彰显了教师教育的专业属性;G-U-S模式适用于地方高校和所属省域辖区协同开展教师教育综合改革,U-G-S适用于部属高校与驻地及相邻区域协同提升教师教育质量。
The "trinity" cooperation mode of the government (G) , colleges and universities (U) , primary and secondary schools (S) in training teachers includes two kinds of isomers, which are G-U-S mode and U-G-S mode. The G-U-S mode led by the government highlights the public attribute of teacher education. The U-G-S mode led by colleges and universities manifests the professional attribute of teacher education. The G-U-S mode applies to local colleges and universities, and affiliated provincial jurisdiction together to carry out the comprehensive reform of teacher education. The U-G-S mode applies to subordinate universities with the resident and adjacent regions cooperated to improve the quality of teacher training.
