农地流转后小业主非粮化行为选择特性分析

Analysis on the Choice Characteristics of the Small Owners' Non-grain Oriented Behaviors after the Farmland Transfer

目前我国在农地流转后出现了普遍的非粮化现象,本文基于社会理性选择理论和实地调研方法对小业主非粮化行为选择特性进行了假设,且通过问卷调查和实证分析对上述假设进行了验证。据此,确定了小业主非粮化行为选择特性是由自身情况、环境情况、对经营方式的综合评价等三个维度构成,并从识别和科学引导行为选择、协同和嵌入价格比照激励以及多元规制和农产品生产结构协同等方面提出对策。

At present, the general non-grain phenomenon occurs after the farmland transfer in our country, this paper described the small owners＇ non-grain oriented behaviors based on the social rational choice behavior theory and field researches, made assumptions about the characteristics of the small owners＇ non-grain oriented behaviors choice, and verified the hypothesis through the questionnaire and empirical analysis. Accordingly, the characteristics of the small owners＇ non-grain oriented behaviors were identified, and the behaviors choice characteristics were composed of three dimensions of their own circumstances, environmental conditions, and comprehensive evaluation on the mode of operation, then put forward some countermeasures from identification and scientific guiding behavior choice, collaboration and embedding price comparison excitation, multiple regulation and agricultural production structure＇ collaboration.
