紫薇几个表型性状的QTLs定位 被引量:2

摘要 以尾叶紫薇与紫薇‘香雪云’作为亲本进行杂交得到的192株F1为材料,构建了全长为1162.1 cm的包括20个连锁群、173个标记位点的紫薇遗传连锁图谱。对叶长、叶宽、叶长宽比、叶面积、株高、地径等6个表型性状进行了复合区间QTL定位,共检测到控制这6个性状的11个QTL位点,LOD值最大的为5.1,最小值为2.3,其中找到了3个控制地径性状的QTL位点,叶长、叶宽各1个,叶长宽比、叶面积、株高各2个,最高解释表型变异率为25.17%,位于ssr11-ssr17,LG13上,最低解释表型变异率为4.48%,位于E33M61-195-M19E33-97,LG1上。 We used a population with 192 F from the cross between Lagerstroemia caudate and L. indica ' Xiang Xueyun' to establish a genetic linkage map of L. indica, mapped 173 marker loci into 20 linkage groups which spanned a total map length of 1 162.1 cm. We used composite interval mapping to search QTLs, and detected 11 QTLs for these traits. The max LOD was 5.1 and the min LOD was 2.3. Three QTLs were detected for diameter. One QTL for leaf length and leaf width was detected, respectively. For the length-width ratio, leaf area and plant height, two QTLs were detected, respectively. The highest phenotypic variation was 25.17%, and the site was between ssrl 1-ssrl7 on LGI3. The lowest phenotypic variation was 4.48%, and the site was between M19E33-195-M19E33-97 on LG1.
