肺腺癌和细支气管肺泡癌中Delta样配体4和血管内皮生长因子的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和Notch信号传导途径参与了血管发生的过程。本研究检测Delta样配体4(DLL4)和VEGF在肺腺癌(AC)和细支气管肺泡癌(BAC)患者中的表达量,分析二者与临床病理参数的关系及二者相关性,探讨二者在肿瘤的生长、增殖及远处转移的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测160例肺癌(包括AC和BAC)石蜡切片组织标本中DLL4和VEGF表达。结果 DLL4和VEGF表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,二者表达量与患者的病理类型、肿瘤直径、临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移明显相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。DLL4和VEGF二者表达呈现正相关关系,且DLL4、VEGF在AC中的表达量高于BAC中。结论肺腺癌的预后与血管生成明显相关,DLL4、VEGF高表达能相互作用,共同促进肿瘤细胞发生远处转移,因此影响患者预后,DLL4和VEGF能为肺腺癌的靶向治疗提供新的方法。
