中性粒细胞CD64研究进展及在感染性疾病中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 CD64是相对分子质量为72 000的穿膜糖蛋白,属免疫球蛋白（Ig）超家族成员,是高亲和力的IgG受体,可直接与IgG结合并在体内达到饱和。它主要分布在单核细胞、巨噬细胞及树突状细胞等抗原递呈细胞表面,而在外周血的中性粒细胞表面表达水平低[1]。CD64是连接细胞免疫和体液免疫的纽带,在细胞吞噬清除免疫复合物、抗原递呈和释放炎症介质中起到关键作用[2]。大量的研究显示中性粒细胞CD64是一项高敏感、
