抗病毒治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者肝细胞cccDNA水平的研究

摘要
乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染呈世界性流行。HBVcccDNA是HBV复制的原始模板，目前抗病毒治疗药物无法直接清除肝细胞内cccDNA，导致其持续存在肝细胞核内，成为肝炎迁移不愈和复发的根源。本研究对接受抗病毒治疗后的慢性乙型肝炎患者肝细胞cccDNA水平进行检测，现报告如下。
