摘要
以某越野车主减速器壳体为分析对象,对其进行模态分析和强度分析,得出主减速箱的应力云图和位移云图。在保证原有强度和性能的基础上,根据拓扑密度云图对其进行轻量化优化设计。优化结果表明,主减速器壳体的质量减轻了约5%,同时主减速器壳体的综合性能也得到了提高,实现了主减速器壳体的轻量化设计。
A main reducer shell of SUVs is taken for analysis object, the stress and displacement nephogram is obtained by model and strength analysis. In order to ensure the original strength and performance, a lightweight optimization design is carried out according to the topology density cloud. The analysis results show that the weight of the main reducer shell is reduced by 5 %, and the overall performance is improved also, the lightweight design is realized.
