摘要
四连杆机构的驱动力矩和等效转动惯量是确定驱动电机参数的重要依据。采用SolidWorks软件建立了四连杆机构及所带负载的实物模型,并将其导入ADAMS软件进行运动学和动力学仿真,分析了驱动力矩和等效转动惯量在运动周期内的变化规律,为确定驱动电机参数提供了依据。实践表明,采用该方法确定驱动电机参数比采用传统的解析方法更具优势,可极大地减少工作量。
The drive torque and equivalent moment of inertia of four--bar linkage is an important basis to determine the parameters of a drive motor. The physical model of a four--bar linkage with load is established by using SolidWorks software and imported into ADAMS software, then the kine- matics and dynamics simulation is carried out, the changing rules of the drive torque and equivalent moment of inertia in the movement cycle is analyzed, which can provide the basis for determining the parameters of a drive motor. Practices prove that this method has more advantages than using traditional analytical method in determining the parameters of the drive motor, can greatly reduce the workload.
