摘要
通过分析系留气球缆绳绞盘摩擦牵引的传动特性,对摩擦传动设计准则、防滑安全性、绞盘动力及制动力、缆绳离心力和弯曲刚度等设计要素进行初步探讨,得出避免缆绳的整体打滑和减小缆绳的局部磨损是系留气球缆绳绞盘摩擦传动的基本设计原则、缆绳两端张力差异越大局部发生打滑的可能性越大以及缆绳虚包角随缆绳张力的减小而增大等结论。
By means of analyzing the traction drive character of the tethered aerostat capstan, the design factors, such as the principles about friction transmission, the security of anti-slip, the power of traction drive, the brake force of capstan, the centrifugal force and the bending rigidity of the tether are preliminarily discussed. It can be concluded that to avoid whole tether slip and to reduce local tether abrasion are the principles of designing friction transmission for tethered aerostat capstan, increase in tension difference between each ends of tether makes local tether slip more possible, increase in tension difference between each ends of tether makes local tether slip more possible, pseudo warp angle of the tether increases as the tension decreases.
