摘要
针对汽车变速器同步器装配体齿毂与齿套倾斜量检测过程中,存在自动化程度不高、不可控因素过多等诸多问题,提出采用软测量方法,以倾斜量的影响因素为自变量,基于理论建模和实验测试建立在齿侧定心方式下同步器齿毂与齿套倾斜量的软测量模型。根据公司现场采集的样本数据,经数据处理和计算,将预测倾斜量和检测倾斜量导入MATLAB进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明该软测量模型能够反映倾斜量的实际状况,检测相对误差均值小于1.1%,满足公司生产需求。
In view of tilting detection of gear hub and gear sleeves in automobile gearbox synchro- nizer assembly detection, there are many problems such as low degree of automation, too many uncontrollable factors and so on, the method of soft measurement is applied, taking the influence factors of the amount of tilting as independent variables, based on theoretical analysis and experimental test and under the tooth side centering mode, a soft measurement model of synchronizer gear hub and gear sleeves is built. According to the sample data collected in the field, depending on the predict amount of tilting and detection amount of tilting, put quantity into MATLAB to make simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the actual situation of model of the soft measurement can reflect the amount of tilting, the relative error of the mean value is less than 1. 1%, which can meet the production demand of the company.
