摘要
以苯基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,在盐酸催化下,通过水解缩聚反应,制备了苯基硅树脂预聚体。以二丁基二月桂酸锡为催化剂,以苯基硅树脂预聚体与羟基硅油为原料,制备了具有"软-硬"段结构聚硅氧烷。通过核磁共振、红外光谱对产物进行了结构表征,通过差示扫描量热仪进行了耐热性能的研究。结果表明,制备苯基硅树脂预聚体最佳的水与甲氧基物质的量比为1∶2,盐酸最佳质量分数为6%。热重分析表明,所制备的"软-硬"段结构聚硅氧烷具有良好的耐热性,800℃时质量失重率仅为25%。
The phenyl silicon resin prepolymer was prepared by hydrolysis and polycondensation of phenyltrimethoxylsilane in the presence of hydrochloric acid as the catalyst.The "soft-hard segment" polysiloxane was prepared by condensation reaction of the phenyl silicon resin prepolymer with hydroxyl-terminated silicon oil in the presence of dibutyl tin dilaurate catalyst. The chemical structure of the product was characterized by IR and ^1H-NMR and its heat resistance was investigated by DSC.The optimum reaction conditions of synthetic phenyl silicon resin prepolymer are that the molar ratio of water to methoxyl groups is 1:2 and the amount of hydrochloric acid is 6% by weight. The TGA result of the "soft-hard segment" polysiloxane shows that it has good heat-resistant properties and its lost weight only is 25% at 800℃.
