滤清器低密度聚氨酯密封胶工艺性能研究

摘要 研究了一种空气滤清器用低密度聚氨酯密封胶发泡工艺及制品性能。考查了水分、催化剂对于发泡工艺、制品硬度的影响,测试了最终配方的力学性能。结果表明,当水分添加量为0.12%~0.15%、催化剂A-8507添加量为1.25质量份、催化剂A-8300添加量为0.3质量份时,其发泡工艺能够满足实际应用要求,制品外观良好,邵氏C硬度为27~35,力学性能达标,能够满足在不同气候尤其是低温时的应用要求。 The foaming process and properties of the low density polyurethane sealant used in air filter were studied. The effects of water and catalyst content on the foaming process,the rigidity and mechanical properties of product were investigated. The results showed that when the water adding amount is 0.12%-0.15% and the adding amounts of catalyst A- 8057 and A-8300 are 1.25 phr and 0.3 phr,respectively,the products have good appearance,shore hardness of 27-35 and mechanical properties of up to the standard,and can meet the application requirements in different climates,especially at low temperature.
