无溶剂TGBAPP型环氧胶粘剂的研制

Development of solvent-free TGBAPP type epoxy adhesive

N,N,N',N'-四缩水甘油基-2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(TGBAPP)作为一种新型四官能环氧树脂,因含柔性基团而具有一定的韧性,4个环氧基团与固化剂反应生成交联网状结构,可作为一种耐热基体树脂。本文以TGBAPP、端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(2E4MI)为原料,制得一种性能优异的环氧胶粘剂。结果表明,该新型环氧胶粘剂的室温拉伸剪切强度为26.6 MPa,160℃的拉伸剪切强度为11.8 MPa,表面自由能为42.3 kJ/m 2,吸水性为1.21%,具有良好的疏水性、力学性能和耐热性能。

N,N,N＇,N＇-Tetralycidyl-2,2-bis[4-（4-aminophenoxy）phenyl]propane（TGBAPP） as a novel four functional epoxy resin can be used as a heat resistant basic resin due to it contains the flexible groups and four epoxy groups which can react with curing agent to form a crosslinked network structure.In this paper,using N,N,N＇,N＇-tetralycidyl-2,2- bis[4-（4-amino phenoxy）phenyl]propane（TGBAPP）,carboxyl terminated butadiene acrylonitrile rubber（CTBN） and 2- ethyl-4-methyl imidazole（2E4MI） as the raw materials,a epoxy adhesive with excellent properties was prepared.The results show that for the novel epoxy adhesive the tensile shear strength is 26.6 MPa at room temperature,the tensile shear strength is 11.8 MPa at 160℃,the surface free energy is 42.3 mJ/m2 and less than that of water,the water absorption rate is 1.21%, so the epoxy adhesive has excellent hydrophobicity,mechanical properties and heat resistance.
