摘要
"地下创业"具有隐秘性、低风险性和形式多样性的特征,在80后知识型员工中颇为流行;社会环境和80后知识型员工自身特点构成其进行"地下创业"的拉力,企业管理制度的不完善构成80后知识型员工进行"地下创业"的推力;"地下创业"会带来人力资源的隐形流失等问题,企业可以从秉持正确的态度、加强员工的职业道德教育、建立健全激励体系、鼓励内部创业等措施来处理80后知识型员工的"地下创业"行为。
Underground entrepreneurship has the characteristics of confidentiality, low risk and diversity and it is very popular in after 80 knowledge workers. The environment and unique characteristics of after 80 knowledge workers constitute the pulling force of the un- derground entrepreneurship, and the faultiness of enterprise' s management system constitutes the pushing force. Underground entrepre- neurship can bring about the invisible loss of the human resources and other issues, so enterprises can deal with the after 80 knowledge workers' "underground entrepreneurship" behavior via holding fight attitudes, strengthening professional ethics education of the staff, establishin~ and imoroving the incentive system,encouraging internal entrepreneurship and other measures.
